This hand-built vase, titled "There is no Wind on the Moon," captures the timeless beauty of lunar craters through its unique, unpredictable lava glaze. Formed without the aid of a wheel, each piece is meticulously crafted over several days. The vase undergoes a dual firing process, first at 960°C and then at 1240°C, where the minerals in the glaze meld with the clay, creating a one-of-a-kind finish. Standing approximately 19cm tall and 11cm wide, it is as functional as it is artistic. Each glaze is uniquely formulated, ensuring a singular aesthetic.
